International Opportunities and Personal Experiences at the 4th Pannónia Afternoon Tea Party – Application Deadline Approaching
The
University of Tokaj successfully organized the 4th Pannónia Afternoon Tea Party
event on April 20, 2026. The aim of the event was to introduce students to
international mobility opportunities and, through inspiring personal accounts,
bring the world of studying abroad and professional internships closer to them.
The
program was opened by Zsuzsa Szabó, international coordinator, who provided
comprehensive information about the Pannónia Scholarship Programme and the
available application opportunities. This was followed by presentations from
Dr. Réka Matolcsi, research fellow, students Anna Husz, Dóra Éva Hausel, Attila
Lipcsei and Pál Dániel Rafael, as well as recent graduate Tamás Vincze, who
shared their own international experiences. A wide range of countries was
presented, from Iceland and Türkiye to Italy, Germany, and Georgia.
Participants
were able to hear first-hand experiences about institutions such as the
Agricultural University of Iceland, Ankara Music and Arts University, and the
University of Cagliari, as well as about various internship locations and
partner institutions. The presentations highlighted both the professional and
personal benefits of studying abroad, while also covering practical aspects of
the application process.
The
event took place in a friendly atmosphere with active interest from
participants and provided valuable information for everyone open to
international opportunities.
We
would like to draw the attention of the university community to the fact that
the application deadline for the Pannónia Scholarship Programme is April 27,
2026. We kindly encourage all interested applicants to submit their
applications on time and take advantage of this exceptional opportunity.
