Wine and Gastrotourism Manager (ADV. TR.)
The specialized further education course provides students with comprehensive knowledge of management, wine and gastronomy.In the course of their studies, they become familiar with the basic terms, system, and resources of the tourism field, tourism demand and supply, and the characteristics, planning, product development, marketing, and management of the complex tourism and gastrotourism products.They learn about the basics of grape growing and winemaking, Hungarian, European and international wines, gastronomy and culture, the science of wine tasting and serving, as well as well-balanced wine and food pairings.They also get insight into the world of project management, organization of events and thematic routes closely related to the wine and gastronomic culture.
They will be able to operate the already existing tourist product range taking into consideration the local and regional, tourist and human resources, to create a new, innovative, complex wine and gastrotourism supply, and to recognize the opportunities of the wine and gastrotourism and breaking points of the region.For all of this, regional, national and international collaborations and concentrations of forces are promoted and managed, as well as the necessary financial resources are obtained.
