Representation of the University of Tokaj at an international scientific congress on viticulture and oenology
Antal Kneip, assistant lecturer of the Department of Viticulture and Enology, represented our University at the International Scientific Congress of Viticulture and Enology in Logroño, in the centre of the Rioja wine region, Spain. In his presentation he presented the results of Furmint clone evaluation and in his poster he presented adaptation solutions to the negative effects of climate change.
The event, organised by the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences (ICVV) and the University of Rioja, from 8 to 10 November 2023, brought together almost 300 experts from more than 20 countries to learn about the latest results in viticulture and oenology research.
