We met with directors of secondary schools from Partium

The participants of the meeting were coordinated by Dr. Lajos Király, dean of the Reformed Diocese of Satu Mare, the educational specialists from the settlements of Satu Mare, Carei, Cehu Silvaniei, Sacueni said that young people graduating from high schools in Transylvania prefer higher education institutions in Budapest and Debrecen in addition to universities in Cluj. The University of Tokaj can be included in this field, especially with its oenology training, which represents a shortage beyond the border. Additionally, from the fields of Hungarian-language kindergarten and primary school education, valuable professionals can come to the Partium region after their student years in Patak.
Several Partium students are currently studying at the High School of the Sárospatak Reformed College, so our city is not unknown to those involved in education. The university offers a good opportunity to continue studies, and rector Dr. Ágnes Horváth introduced the guests in detail to its training portfolio and scholarship system. The visit affected the World Heritage Sites of Kőporos and Gomboshegy cellars in Hercegkút, the Viticulture and Wine Research Institute of the Tokaj Wine Region. The directors, Based on their own experience, can promote our university among their students, being convinced by the conditions of the training.
