TWC: registration has started

Registration has started for our first international viticulture and oenology congress, which takes place between November 13 and 16 in Sárospatak. MATE is also a cooperating professional partner of the Tokaj Wine Congress (TWC), with which THE has good relations. The focus of the congress’s professional program is sustainability, focusing on recent scientific results and today’s defining professional issues (such as climate change, today’s wine trade and wine tourism challenges).

Many internationally recognized researchers, professors, and experts will visit our university in order to give lectures, but there will also be a great opportunity to deepen the professional or interprofessional exchange of ideas and relationship building between the sessions. Therefore, we warmly welcome those winemakers, experts in tourism and hospitality, as well as representatives of other fields of expertise who are receptive to the above topics, who want to keep up with the issues of the changing wine world, at this meaningful event.
