Wine culture lecture in Vienna

The Roundtable of Hungarian Organizations in Austria is an umbrella organization established with the aim of representing, uniting and effectively coordinating the activities of its members. The 16 member organizations include educational institutions, Hungarian schools, associations related to 1956, and folk dance and religious groups. On 21 and 22 May 2022, the association organized a two-day event entitled “AchtUngarn” with the participation of all member organizations in the Vienna Prater with the aim of introducing Hungarian diversity to those interested in eight fields (folklore, art, science, history, culinary, sports, music, culture). Dr. Zsuzsanna Bene, Associate Professor of the Department of Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Tokaj, took part in the event and gave a lecture entitled Hungarian Wine Culture, Our World Heritage Wine Region: Tokaj.
